Terms of use

Draft, before launch

This page describes what we intend, in plain language. The seller and grievance officer are named below; the GSTIN and the refund window will be added before sales open.

Before launch

Joining the launch list creates no payment and no contract. It is your email address and permission to tell you when Medha opens.

The courses

Medha sells four courses: Grand Master Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology, for students preparing for JEE and NEET. Each course costs ₹9,999 until 31 July 2027 and ₹14,999 from 1 August 2027, including GST.

A purchase gives access to that course for 2 years from the day of purchase, including any yearly updates released in that time. There is no automatic renewal. To continue after 2 years, the course is bought again.

Family accounts

Because students are usually under 18, the parent or guardian is the account holder: they agree to these terms, pay, and can ask for the account to be deleted. The student uses the account with that consent.

Content and accuracy

Courses follow the official exam syllabi and are checked before release. If we find a mistake, we correct it and record the change on the updates page.

Refunds follow the refund policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
