Draft — pending legal/CA review

Medha hasn't launched yet, and this page hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer or CA. It describes what we intend, in plain language, grounded in real decisions already made — but placeholders below (entity name, GSTIN, grievance officer) will be filled in before launch, not invented now.

Right now, pre-launch

Joining the waitlist creates no payment obligation and no contract — it's an email address and permission to tell you when Medha launches. Nothing here binds you to anything yet.

Once Medha launches

Medha will be a subscription revision tool for Class 9–12 students across CBSE, ICSE and ISC. Subscriptions are annual, GST-inclusive, priced as published on the pricing page — never discounted, never auto-escalated without notice.

Because students are minors, the parent or guardian is the account holder: the one who consents to these terms, pays the subscription, and can request account deletion. The student uses the account under that consent.

Refunds are governed by the separate refund policy — honoured the same week, no hoops.

Content & accuracy

Medha's content is built from official primary sources and reviewed before publishing, with a yearly re-verification cycle. If we get something wrong, we publish a correction — see the for parents page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
