This page describes what we intend, in plain language. The seller and grievance officer are named below; the GSTIN and the refund window will be added before sales open.

Before launch

There is nothing to refund yet; joining the launch list costs nothing. This page describes the promise that applies once courses go on sale in January 2027.

The promise

If a course is not right for your family, a refund request within the refund window is processed in the same week you ask. No retention calls and no fine print.
