For parents
What we will never do — and what we always will.
Every family that's shopped for coaching has been sold the same way: a call that won't stop, a discount that expires tonight, a price nobody can quite explain. Medha is built to be the opposite of that, on purpose. Here's exactly what that means.
No spam calls
Medha runs no outbound call operation and buys no phone-number databases. Nobody from Medha will ever cold-call your home. The free chapter does the persuading, or it doesn't.
No fake discounts
One honest price, printed everywhere, never discounted — no countdown timers, no "today only," no forced auto-renewal you have to hunt to cancel.
No ads
Medha runs no third-party ad trackers and no targeted advertising — there's nothing to click through and nothing following your child around the internet afterward.
No tracking of your child
We can't retarget your child because we don't track your child. No behavioural profiling, no ad pixels, no data sold or shared. What we collect is described plainly on the privacy page.
Refunds honoured the same week
An unknown brand's refund speed is its reputation. If Medha isn't right for your family, the refund is processed the same week you ask — not the same quarter.
The accuracy promise
Every card is grounded in official primary sources — NCERT and CBSE curricula, the CISCE syllabus for ICSE/ISC — with a per-card citation and a "verified [date] against [document]" stamp. Content is re-verified on a yearly cycle, and where a subject isn't finalised yet, the syllabus page marks it provisional rather than presenting it as final.
What we collect — deliberately little
You hold the account; we collect almost nothing. A parent email for OTP login, a student's first name or nickname, board and class — no phone number, no address, nothing else asked "just in case." Full detail on the privacy page.
